21 Day Positive Green Juice Challenge
All you need is a blender! On June 11th, join our blog (the one you are on right now) and write "I accept the challenge!" Once you write this, you will officially be in the challenge and your name will go in a drawing for amazing prizes! Every time you blog your name will be entered in the drawing. So, the more you blog the better your chances are of winning. On June 10th, we will put up the first day's recipes so you can go grocery shopping and get your supplies. All recipes are only suggestions, please following doctor's orders, especially if you have any pre-existing health concerns. Everyday we will put up recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. Your breakfast or snack should consist of a green smoothie each day. Throughout the day, blog about your experiences, recipes you have found or any questions you may have. (Remember we aren't doctors, we are just passionate about healthy eating.) Each time you blog please make it positive. If you don't like a recipe, that is fine, just give a way to improve it. Last, but not least, have fun, meet friends and smile, your improving your health the green smoothie way!
